Putrid Service from Discovery Health Call Centre

I would like to complain about the absolutely appalling service I received from Discovery Call Centre and their so call skilled agents .I gave them one star but really that is too much; minus scores should apply. They really need to revise client services in this company and how their agents try to assist members as it is shocking.
