Public health hazard

I have a concern around the DSP networks. I have called the Discovery callcentre three times thus far to find a network hospital. The call centre agents do not have an idea of the network hospitals or the providers. When i call the providers they say they can consult but cannot operate in a non network hospital. I believe that this option design was intentionally placed to incur co-payments (out-of-pocket payments) from unsuspecting patients in an effort in increase revenues for the insurer. <br> Can anyone in Discovery give me an answer clarifying the network UROLOGISTs in the WESTERN CAPE and the corresponding hospitals where these providers can operate? Surely your provider mgt team have thought through this ...or NOT!!! Pls listen to the conversation ref *** (16:22) where client services agent says she does not know the latest information in the organisation. If i do not get a satisfactory response, i will escalate this to the Principal officer, IN PERSON!
