Proof of membership LOL you must be joking where's the camera's

Discovery Health poor service received, have been a member with them since 2006-covid, had to cancel because of financial stress now that I want to join again penalaty fee is charged for "Late Joiner" wow. They requesting proof that I have been a member for more then 8 years something to that affect. Cant you see my membership on your systems and the number of years you have been taking my money. To top it off you want me to provide proof that I have been a member for more then 8 years, have to get a medical certificate that you provide to prove to Discovery that I was a memeber for more then 8 years. Wow Discovery well done. Im disgusted with your services I have not had any issues with your insurance product but im thinking of taking my money elsewhere. I have to prove that I was member im blown away by this wow cant your systems pick that up.
