PROMISES, PROMISES

On 28 October I published a complaint on Hello Peter. I was then contacted by someone who listened to my story and promised to revert the same day. Needless to say, it never happened. However, Discovery posted online to my complaint that they have rep****, i.e. suggesting that the complaint had been resolved. A very convenient way of ridding themselves of the problem. So, my complaint has still not been resolved. Just another one in my continuous frustration with hopeless service delivery.
