Promises not Kept

I am appaled with the feedack that i received this mornng from your consultant, <br> <br> I phoned thrice this year after i have changed my plan, and I wanted to confirm when will the money reimbursed and I was told it will be the 3rd May and it was later changed to the 16th of May, and this morning i am being told the system has moved the payment date to a later date.<br> <br> why am i being penalized because your agents failed to check thorough so that they are able to communicate the correct infomation to me, I am expecting my money to be paid with the next 48 hours.<br> i refused to be help accoutntable for the incompetancy of your agents <br> <br>
