Promises not kept

I went for an eye test at Spec Savers Fourways. Was given the incorrect details ito savings amounts available etc. following my complaint, listening to the conversations, I was guaranteed this full amount will be settled by Discovery due to incorrect advise and ordeal I had to go through. <br> <br> Guess what , I still receive messages that my account is outstanding- reflecting badly on my name!! I paid a portion in cash. Please deliver on your promises and pay this bill as promised
