Promised 3 Months Free, But Received None

My recent experience with Discovery has left me thoroughly disappointed due to a blatant case of false advertising. The company's enticing offer of "3 months free" was the primary reason I decided to sign up at this time. However, what was promised in their marketing materials was not delivered.

When I signed up with Discovery, I fully expected to enjoy a complimentary three-month period of service. This offer was clearly stated in their adverti*****ts. Unfortunately, I did not receive even a single month of free service, let alone the promised three months.

Moreover, attempts to reach out to customer support to resolve this issue were met with slow response times and a lack of accountability on their part. It's disheartening to see a company not take responsibility for its misleading advertising and fail to make amends.
