Promise to help but do nothing

I saw a specialist on the 20th Jan and on the 26th Jan. I had to pay cash for both specialists and claim back from Discovery which I duly did.<br> The first claim mail I got from Discovery advised me that I would be paid on the 27th. This never happened. I got no claim statement for my appointment on the 26th.<br> I called the call centre 3 times and was told that the EFT's to Nedbank were down and the transfer would be done the next day. Then I was told it would be investigated and they would get back to me in 24 hours and lastly I was told that that it would be in the next day. Well it's the 7th February and nothing has been refunded. I pay over R4000 a month to Discovery and have been a client of theirs for 15 years!! Yet I get sent from pillar to post over something which is quite simple.<br> Discovery no: ***
