Promise not kept - No service

I have been paying my Discovery medical aid for a long time but the only time i needed their help which was only one occurrence, I did not get the help I was promised when taking the medical aid. I had an car accident on the 27/08/2017 and through an excruciating pain, I made efforts to call Discovery for assistance with emergency service to the hospital. It never happened, and i eventually called a friend to take me to the hospital at my cost and that is how I eventually made it to the hospital (Nelspruit Mediclinic). The hospital treated me and I was discharged on he 28/08/2017. Now all those medical bills were not paid by Discovery, and I now have to settle them from my pocket...the same pocket that pays discovery every month (I do not know for what). I feel ********** and I am very disappointed and angry at Discovery because they could not help me with any of the promises they gave me when taking a medical aid. And i do not understand why anyone would pay for a medical scheme that cannot be useful at the most needed time - a flipping car accident!!!!
