Profident funds Claims

Am writing this deep broken heart being resinged from the Company called PC Training and business College that was previously called Richfield College. I resinged last year 21st December 2022 and i claimed my Profident funds this year 2023 on the 26th January 2023 have been sent both the ex employer and Discovery team my documents when i claim. So today 3rd of March 2023, I called Discovery to check how far with the release of my Claim and i was told that my ex employer did not sign Claim Documents i sent to both the Discovery and ex employer.

Am in deep sorrows as need my claims for good purposes am tired of being taken to pilor to post as what i contributed is my Money.
