I was pleasantly impressed with the sheer professionalism of Ms Bonnie Nyoka from the Discovery Health Helpdesk in the friendly, calming, and comforting nature with which subdued both my irritation and agitation which was caused by an unsubstantiated claim from a Service Provider. Bonnie went the extra mile to ensuring that she solved the problem. She is truly an asset to Discovery Health. May God Bless her to grow to greater heights within the Organization.
