Procrastination on REFUND FROM DISCOVERY
My sister had received a sms from Discovery on 9 July 2021; stating that a refund was due to her. She duly completed the necessary forms and submitted to Discovery so that they can process the refund. Sadly, this was not the case!. My sister was told that it was the 2020 form and was told to complete the 2021 form, which she duly did. To date, no refund received. It will be excellent if Discovery can be efficient and provide the refund as per the sms received. To return monies, its difficult ...!

My sister was told that Discovery was unsuccessful at depositing R2152 into her bank account in June 2021 hence the sms was sent to her to update her banking details, which she did.
Discovery contacted my sister today, 10 August 2021, thank you, and my sister was told the amount owing to her is R1900!!!!
What is going on, Discovery, contradictory messages, *********** the poor!!!! Truly disappointing!!!!
