Procedure Codes

<p>I am attempting to find out how much Discovery will pay for a Walk Aid device for my daughter. The orthotist has given me procedure codes. Discovery insist they want a Nappi Code. The orthotist assures me that there are no Nappi codes, only procedure codes. I have phoned Discovery on this issue four times and am going nowhere. Believe it or not I have now found out that Discovery has duplicated procedure codes all over the place hence they are unable to trace what is going on. </p> <p> </p> <p>Surely if this is the mess you have created you should be the one phoning the provider to sort it out. Why am I left with the job of running backwards and forwards and then waiting for ages to speak to someone at Discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>The procedure codes I need information on are as follows:</p> <p>65730<br />65733<br />65735</p> <p> </p> <p>The practice code is ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>May I respectfully suggest that Discovery close their call centre as they are never able to resolve anything.</p> <p> </p>
