Prescribed Minimum Benefits Process

I have been reffered to do CT scan and blood test by an ENT for a condition that I have stipulated via emails to your office and it's seems like the consultant are just responding.

Certain information is required from me and I have indicated that you reach out to the ENT to obtain the information and authorise the booking with your service provider. The condition is within the Prescribed Minimum Benefits it cannot be paid out my savings balance but out of the hospital benefits. I can't afford to struggle like this while I am paying a substantial amount of money for your plan.

Please get everyone together who is working on this and get information form an ENT and authorise the payment and let me know which service provider I can go to for CT Scan and blood test because it jointly refferal.

I have requested the should be covered by out of hospital benefits not through my savings.
