Prescribed Minimum benefit ******* under paying

Discovery has refused to pay for the doctors fees in full for a natural birth as required by South African law regarding Prescribed minimum benefits and used medical savings for treatment related to natural birth.<br> I have given them more than reasonable notice to correct this with ICD10 and PMB codes provided.<br> All that has been done is stalling tactics and internal requirements that have no bearing on the requirements of the law.<br> <br> This is the second breach.<br> I find this completely unacceptable ethically and legally.<br> I will be forwarding this on to the Unilever HR department.<br> <br> Correspondence can be traced with this reference: -WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#-<br> <br> Sending an email stating that you are paying for PMB's as an exception when it is required by south African law is also completely unacceptable.<br> No further internal discovery requirements of me or my wife or doctors will be fulfilled unless required by South African law.
