Premiums increase.

I joined Discovery in March this year. I am 5 MONTHS active and already I am getting an increase of 7.9%. I called to inquire how it's possible for a member that's only 5 months active have an annual increase already. This is unfair to your members who just joined to be charged an annual increase when we not an annual member yet. The call center was unhelpful, they transfered me the their manager. The manager advised that there was nothing they can do. I explained my concern and advised that I will have to look for a different medical aid scheme as I can not afford an increase. She basically said fine, go ahead. So, I will do just that, seeing that my over R2000pm means nothing. Valued customer se voet.
