Premium refund nightmare

<p>I have been having an issue getting my premium refunded by Discovery. I have made countless calls to them everyday since last week Wednesday 2/8/2017 and sending email after email. Everytime I call to follow up on my premium refund I get told a diffrent story, NO ONE bothers to come back to me before I follow up instead I am told about missing docs etc ONLY WHEN I FOLLOW UP! I have been using my own airtime to spend over 15min on phone calls that dont even bring me a resolution instead I always hang up more angrier than before! They had no issue taking my premium early but CLEARLY seem to have an issue refunding it!! please sort this as I have had enough of phone calls that are costing me but hang up with zero assistance!</p>
