Premium increase

I am totally disgusted in Discovery, being a member for over 6 years now and i receive an email from a randam person asking to verify my income with a form that says 'Kaycare income verification for NEW members 2019. Discovery is well aware that i do not work or earn any sort of income for the past 2 years now as i reported this to them when i became unemployed. Never skipping my monthy premium and never taking advantage of the discovery cover. Why am i receiving this forms from a private institution in the first place. I have never been asked to do this before and my premium gets increased automatically every year by R200 - R250.. I was now told that if i dont complete this form i will be pushed up to highest premium. I am not a NEW member been a member since 2013..
