Pregnant and Stranded thanks to Discovery Medical Aid

My Hospital Authorization is still not approved and I'm due in less than a month from now. Still investigating and will contact me? Yeah right. I'm due in less than a month and my stress level is through the roof all thanks to not knowing where I will give birth. Discovery you have let me down and left me stranded durin a very vulnerable time. But you remember to gladly take my money but won't deliver on your services. I have opted to proceed in escalating my matter to the Medical Ombudsman because I cannot afford to pay u cash for my delivery while my medical aid collects my money for the fun of it.
