Predatory company, Healthcare is their last priority

If I could give it less stars I would. After canceling my membership and leaving the company I worked for they are now trying to shake me down for 2500 for medical savings used that were supposed to be taken out of my day to day benefits anyway. Trying to work out a payment plan or get a breakdown of why this is owed is impossible, they don't call back when promised they send threatening sms's saying you'll be blacklisted when you only heard about the outstanding funds that day but when you call they don't assist you to even make payment or work out how to make payment. They don't give a **** about people at all.
