Predatory behaviour and increases to premiums of 47%

Absolutely predatory behaviour from Discovery. I am on Key care plus medical aid from them one of the lowest medical aids they offer. My premium increases by 47% thats a 1190 rand increases so I'm paying 3690 rands for a basic medical aid where i can almost get comprehensive cover anywhere else for that amount. They just mail you dont even phone to say listen this is whats happening. everything I'm SA is going up now i have to go into debt to make this months budget. Absolutely disgusting practices from Discovery. 30% of My salary is now medical aid. I cancelled it yesterday because of this ive been with them 7 years throughout covid. This is the thanks you get. I wonder how many others are exploited like this. Even worse you guys run a banking devision you phone people everyday but you cant phone people to tell them we hiking up premiums 47%. Cant even get a refund. Thanks Discovery for the eye opening experience.
