Pre-authorization

I have been promised that someone will get back to me by 3 different people over the past 3 days and no one has bothered to call me regarding my pre-authorization. Initially, the promise was 4 days which was on the 2nd so that I could book with my Dr. To this day all I ever hear is that the matter is escalated. Honestly, this is the most aggravating thing ever. I am done.
