Pre-authorization
Why does Discovery promise authorization within 4 days but doesn't deliver on their promise. I have emailed preauthorisations a weeks and a half ago, have followed up almost everyday and still no response. Please respond

10 Nov 2021, 15:42For the past 3 days, I have been getting promises from the day I received a call that someone would get back to me, but guess what, no one has gotten back to me yet. Yoh this is aggravating, I have never received such bad service while paying so much money. Honestly, my money is better somewhere else.
