Pre-Authorisation approval apparently means nothing.

Keeping it short and sweet. Obtained pre-authorisation before I was admitted as a patient specifically as it relates to an MRI. The Discovery staff member even advised the amount of the co-pay that I would have to settle. We agreed. The following day Discovery chose to not honour their agreement although acknowledged what had been agreed. They advised it was staff error. I'm posting this as I am looking for others where Discovery has not honoured what was agreed in the pre-authorisation.
