Pre-approved claim not paid after procedure

Hi,<br> <br> My son went in for an operation on 12 December 2014, we obtained pre-approval on all the codes as supp**** by the doctor. The claim was then submitted by the doctor, but one of the codes was not paid by Discovery. Suddenly they don't pay for this code as they are still evaluating it. How is it possible to obtain pre-approve and then suddenly you don't pay for it afterwards.<br> <br> I have made several calls and emails to them that took me a lot of time, their service is very bad and know one can really give me proper feedback. The longest call to the call centre was 43 minutes. Everything takes 3-5 working days and then you don't get any response.
