Pre Approval

<p>Good day.</p> <p>Hi Have been struggling since the 19th of December 2016 to get authorisation from Discovery. I was Admitted to Hospital on th 19th of December and was told they passed my request to the standards board as it is within the first year on the Coastal Core plan, (keeping in mind I have no waiting period).</p> <p>I have phoned on the 19th of December and three times after (last time was on the 10th of January 2017) but still no answer as my approval is still pending. I am getting bills from all parties within the hospital and discovery is not reverting back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told on the 10th that they will follow up and phone me back but no further feedback. PLEASE phone me back with an answer before I take the matter further.</p>
