Both me and the medical aid paid the practitioner.<br> <br> When I submitted the claim, the claim was paid out to the practitioner after I already had to pay him on the day of the treatment.<br> <br> I am struggling more than a month to correct the claim even though I sent both the invoice and the proof of payment.<br> <br> For a financial service provider, the staff working with the claims do not seem very competent.
