POPIA ACT VIOLATION and ********** service from ITCBA

In 2021 i joined a company and joined their company medical aid through discovery. i had a tassle with my previous client and discovery long/ story i was 8 months pregnant and still fighting with discovery the day i finally get feedback from Discovery that they will actually assist me, i think it was all the stress and having to know that i must have my baby in a public hospital was terrifying. i went into early labour and had to have an emergency c- section, they asked me why my blood pressure was so high and what caused this, and it was partially the frightening thought of having my baby in a public hospital, Discovery finally came through and assisted me, but whilst in hospital i couldnt get a hold of consultants to get my pre authorization sorted and the hospital had said until that happens they werent able to assist me with giving birth and my baby was in distress. My Peadatrician finally said no if they dont operate immediately myself and baby could die. After i had my baby Discovery still did not get back to me , my baby was left with no clothing on for about 5 hours after birth, stating we can do the work and your Medical wont pay, after a few hours i got an authorization from Discovery baby and i were treated much better. a year went by and I Started getting calls from a company saying i owe Discovery and they want me to confirm information but refused to send me an email. they then went on to call me all year from cellphone numbers and every time i request an email must be sent they drop the call then they call me all day and even at night.

I keep asking why i owe R870.00 but even discovery cant tell me , i called multiple times and i went through to many different divisions and Discovery still cannot tell me why i owe them, i am disappointed in this company ITCBA i checked the reviews on hellopeter on twitter and there is a pattern of no service / calls and emails being sent then dropping calls, can anyone let me know why i owe discovery and give me reasons ,
