Poor website

Went through the registration process and checked, saved username and password. Carefully logged in and was informed "Username or password is incorrect". The bot was repetitive, and became confused. Wanted to talk to a real person, had to log in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
