POOR! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!

CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CALL TO SORT OUT ISSUES THEY CLAIM HAVE BEEN RESOLVED!! Submitted a claim discovery said has been sorted and the money will be reimbursed.... 2 weeks later I call to follow up and they say they have no record of such and I need to redo the whole process even though they can SEE!! the uploaded statements.
