POOR VITALITY!!!!
I joined Vitality in January of this year. This added cost (I must mention) is R 280 p/month to your monthly premium. This month I saw that Discovery deducted R2800 extra.I phoned and they informed me that the monthly installments I have paid this far did not include the extra R280. NO BEFORE HAND WARNING! NOTHING!! REALLY BAD!!!!!! They just took that money.Not everyone is as rich as your CEO,some people actually operate on a tight budget!!!!!
