Poor turn around time with bad attitude

Pathetic i must say . Just go get pre authorization it took more than 9 days ,no proper communication . Insane with their turn around time .No sms ,No updates,no email . Such a horrible service i experience from discovery till this day i don't have feedback from discovery .What terrible service it was urgent for me myself to be hospitalized but with all of discovery i really cannot with their long process for hospitalizations authorization. Passed turnaround time and they will no replication
