Poor treatment from Discovery Oncology

So sick an tired with Discovery . As my wife has cancer and we await feedback regarding approval of treatment from the case manager Mary who is on leave now. And her stand in Topcee who is never available.

We do not have the privilege of time on our side ... but with Discovery they just don't care....try calling the oncology dept . Which has so unhelpful staff...who don't care . They can not trf a call to a team leader if requested but just give u Stick...they are not trained well to handle this dept.
