Poor show

I app**** to discovery health to join their scheme, completed all the forms, and supp**** them with proof of having been on medical aid since 2004 of which I could find records of (18 Years) only to be informed that they will apply a 25%late joining fee as was older than 35 years old. I have been on a medical aide since I left the military and worked when I got married I joined my wife's medical aid group scheme as it was better than the one I was on. when she reined from African Life I took out medical aid for my wife, children, and myself. which I supp**** records of. we did not keep records of the group medical aid as it would be more than 5 years since we belonged to it. I feel Discovery is treating me without any consideration whatsoever and not applying their mind to me. All my savings would have been transferred to them.
