Poor sevice and capitalist mindset

Pathetic service! i asked for a withdrawal for a dependent on my medical aid,i asked nicely during the month of march, and they said the dependant is withdrawn but the deducted the money not only once but twice monthend March and April, the services is so pathetic and i want my hard earned money i am not going to let these slide
