A person can die using discovery health plan 😓 I am currently in pain and needed to authorize for the new specialist to book me in so that he can ask for operation authorization urgently, I called discovery and I was told to wait 3 days and they can't assist me on the phone... If a person pays you monthly why do I have to wait 3 days for an authorization of something I believe is paid for
