POOR SERVICES

This company just spoiled my entire day, I have called about three to four weeks ago requesting medical aid card to be delivered to my work address but when I call again another agent does not see anything on the system. He then refer me to their Sandton Head Office for collection and when I get there I get told a different story. they do not print out the cards, they machine is not working properly so much for my effort, I have wasted my time and money all for nothing. So these guys tells me that they cannot do this and that for me but come month end over two thousand gets deducted from my salary but they cannot service their client at the same time. I have lost confidence, my money is going down the drain. Discovery you are pathetic
