Poor Service to the ill

Now I am starting to think your medical aid scheme is just a bunch of nonsens.

So my hubby was very ill on Sunday, you said I get 3 doctor visits when my savings are finish, which I never received on Sunday, which I had to pay out my poket.

Then when I was told you need to go the the pharmacy for the suster to refer you to a doctor.

What a waste, he was so sick that who the hell on earth wants to run around, they just want to see the doctor so that you can go get into be bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why dont you just keep this useless help for yourself.

I thought you were good, but it seems like it is all a lot of nonsense.

I was even told it wont cost you anything, who do you think as to pay the petrol from running to the one place and then to the next when?????? Nevermind the fact if he has covid????????????????
