Poor service to providers

As a service provider, I just want to say that Discovery health moved from the top position to the bottom this year. Administrative services with claims are the poor of all medical aids in SA. What happened with your poorly updated system? They do not register claims, no feedback and agents cannot assist you when you call them. You are only making money for large bonuses for executives, most disgusting situation
