POOR SERVICE/NOT HELPFULL!!!!
I would just like to say what appauling service i recived from the key care reinsatment dept. They have not assisted me to my satisfaction. This is not fare that i have to pay the cost for some call centre agent that did not do the job.This is UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!
