Poor service, no empathy, no assistance

They are refusing to assist me in finding a doctor within my medical aid scheme. I'm on essential delta Saver and cannot find a delivering gynecologist within my plan when asking for assistance my emails are simply ignored and calls are dropped. The staff is rude and only appears to be helpful when trying to sell additional cover or one of their other options. I've often had the line dropped during conversation and call backs promised that never come to fruition. I'm just trying to make plans for myself and baby and Discovery would rather we either go bankrupt from out if network costs or kick it old testament and deliver myself with no Healthcare. I literally cry every day as I call doctor after doctor trying to get someone to see me. This is so demotivating, I can't imagine how hard this must be for people with serious medical problems. It literally feels like a scan like this company will do anything to avoid helping or providing the service they claim to provide.
