Poor Service - (Lack of Service!!!)

<p>My mother is on chronic and meds are "delivered" by MedXpress. I had placed her repeat (albeit of repeatable valid script) on the 14.11.2016 & got confirmation - Got SMS on 16.11.2016 that meds have been dispatched & another message on the 18.11.2016 that meds have been delivered (WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TREATMENT) & TODAY 21.11.2016 I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH *********** STAFF WHO DID NOT HAVE ANSWERS... MY MOTHER DOES NOT HAVE MEDS NOW AND THE WHAT!!!!! AM I SUPPOSED TO GO BUT FROM RETAIL WHEN I ****** PAY FOR THIS ****TY MEDICAL AID??? I WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP!!!!</p>

19 hours later - no one has contacted me or at very least deliver the medication.... poor service and discovery arrogance

I DEMAND THAT THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED BY NO LATER THAN COB AS I HAVE AGAIN SAT ON TH PHONE WITH DISCOVERY (MEDXPRESS) AND OPTIPHARM FOR THE LAS 1 HOUR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERS (I HAVE BEEN **** TO THAT THE MEDICATION IS DELIVERED WHEN IT ACTUALLY HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THEM) THIS NON CARING ATTITUDE AND *********** STAFF IS REALLY NOT HELPING!!!!!
