Poor Service! Inflexible Systems

Not Happy. I requested original decision letters for my chronic illness. They sent me a new decision letter which is dated 21 October 2024 as if this is a new application whereas I have been on the chronic program since 2016.

I called again to request the original letter or a least state on the letter when I started on the chronic program; till today nothing was sent to me.
