Poor service from discovery medical scheme

Discovery medical health is just the worse scheme their services is very poor,, they don't care about their clients wellness,, I have been trying to access my medical treatment for the whole month,, they keep on rejecting my request without any valid reason,, I will complete all the necessary documents,,then will get the respond from their courier saying the delivery will be processed after that they will send me email claiming that I didn't complete all the necessary documents.. I am sick and tired of the ****en service,, wish people will think twice before joining this scheme
