Poor service from Discovery Health

Poor service, and probably *********** employees!! I have struggled to add a dependant to my Medical Plan since December 2023. This looks like a complicated issue since I haven't received feedback and nothing has been done!!! Three months should be the limit to incompetence and poor service!! To make it worse, the automated services shield the company - I cannot even speak to a person. Unacceptable!!!
