Poor Service from Discovery Flexicare

Poor service from Discovery Flexicare Scheme very accomodating when joining the policy until you have problems as i waited for their team leader or manager for more than an hour in the line and they said the Manager is busy after waiting for so long and they promise to call me back until today still waiting for their call. Personally i would not recomend it to anyone.
