Poor service from Discovery

Never have I ever came accross such poor assistance. I have been with Discovery 10 years. I cancelled my policy to join my husband which is also on discovery to make it more affordable..now they say they cant add me because I owe them money..YOU OWE ME MONEY! I have spoken to 3 different people in the account department and all confirmed I owe nothing but still wont add me..its ridiculous!!!
