poor service discovery health claims!!!

I sent through a claim 5 times and i am STILL waiting to hear from Discovery. I spoke to Tash Moos 2 days ago and she promised to get back to me 2 days ago.. i am STILL waiting!!! I have sent numerous requests to speak to a manager and im STILL waiting??!!!
