11 Feb 2020, 16:53 I received a call to ask me if the status of my health has changed, which my answer was no. And also if I had dependents, to which I answered no. But the delay was caused by the question they said I responded to and they needed more information on --- and I have responded to this question a couple of times by now.
Suddenly that question is irrelevant? I asked the consultant what's going to happen to the money I've contributed since December and they hung up on me. In a matter of seconds; I received an SMS and two emails telling me my membership is active from 1 February 2020.
How is that possible? Someone is trying to cut corners here. I want then Discovery to reinburse the money I've paid for December and Janury and then we start on a clean slate. Fair isn't it?
