Poor service delivery at Discovery Health.

Sudhir Poorun attended to my query and promised to call me back today in 20 minutes but he never did. What a **** and dis-credit to his company. However, he asked me to rate his service after the 1st query. I did rate him not realizing that he would pull a ***** on me and not return my call. Previous to this, 2 other consultants hung up on me. Yesterday, some idiotic consultant had me hanging on the line for 20 minutes and finally disappeared. This is all because Discovery messed up with my debit order which caused my membership to be suspended. Thinking of moving my medical aid. Selvan Gounden ***
